Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Titan Pan! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Titan Pan, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return your Titan Pan within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The pan must be in the original packaging with all accessories & free gifts included.

Note: Used or damaged items may not be accepted for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at:

Include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

Our support team will guide you through the return steps and provide the shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs apply unless your return is due to a shipping error or a defect.

Please use a trackable shipping service so we can confirm the return. We are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • The refund process may take up to 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Titan Pan arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To report a damaged or defective product:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage.
  2. Email gettitanpan@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange for a different size or bundle, please return your current item for a refund and place a new order.

Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel before your item ships, contact us as soon as possible at gettitanpan@gmail.com.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item once delivered.

Refund Timing

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for your return to be processed after delivery to our facility.
  • An additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
