A lifetime warranty for TitanPan products is available as an add-on before checkout. If your order arrives damaged, defective or with missing parts, we replace it at no additional cost.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment. At busy times it can take a little longer.

After dispatch, US orders usually arrive in 7-10 business days and international orders in 10-14 business days.

Yes. Every order is tracked, and we email your tracking details as soon as it ships.

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. For international orders, any shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment. Read our shipping policy for the details.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. Email support@gettitanpan.com with your order details as soon as you can. Once an order is processing or has shipped, it follows our refund policy instead.

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. It needs to be unused, in the same condition and in its original packaging with all accessories and free gifts. Used or damaged items may be refused unless they are defective.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made a shipping error or the item is defective. Read the full refund policy.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of us receiving your return.

Email us with photos and we will reply within 1-2 business days. Damaged, defective or missing parts are replaced free of charge.

We do not offer exchanges. Return the item under our refund policy and place a new order for the one you want.

Traditional non-stick depends on a coating that scratches and wears down over time. TitanPan has a titanium surface with no coating to break down, so it lasts far longer.

Food releases from the titanium cooking surface itself. There is no chemical non-stick layer on top, so there is nothing to scratch, peel or wear away.

Yes. The cooking surface is free from PFAS, PTFE, PFOA and other synthetic coatings.

TitanPan cookware works on gas, electric and induction stovetops.

Yes. It is highly heat-resistant and handles high-heat cooking and the oven without warping. Use an oven glove on the handle after oven use.

Yes, it is fully dishwasher safe.

Yes. With no coating to peel, scratch or wear down, it is made for years of everyday cooking.

Plastic boards scratch, trap bacteria and can shed microplastics. Wood soaks up moisture and can grow mould. Steel and glass are hard enough to dull your knives. A titanium board is non-porous, easy to keep clean and kind to your knives.

Many cheaper boards are steel with a thin titanium coating, or mixed alloys. Ours is made from pure titanium, so it will not warp, degrade or corrode, and it is gentler on knives than steel.

Yes. It is non-toxic and non-porous, so food and moisture do not soak into the surface.

No. Titanium (around 30-40 HRC) is softer than knife steel (55-62 HRC), while glass and steel boards sit at 70+ HRC. That keeps your edges sharper for longer.
